Kristi Shade

Kristi can perform in a variety of settings as a soloist or with duos, trios and other ensembles featuring instruments such as violin, cello, flute or voice. She has performed for countless events in the New York City area and is able to travel to Long Island, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania and beyond.

Although classically trained, Kristi is just as comfortable performing in pop, jazz and contemporary settings.  Everything from Bach to The Beatles to Beyoncé is possible on the harp, so the sky is the limit!

Kristi was chosen as the featured harpist for The Today Show Throws a Wedding and has performed for events for such notable guests as former President George W. Bush, Queen Margrethe II of Denmark, Sir Paul McCartney, Madonna, Renee Zellweger and Jessica Simpson.
